Once you become familiar with the positions I would encourage the student to join a group of 2 or 3 students thus taking advantage of the energy flowing and meeting supportive friends.
If you are familiar with Yoga we go through the same discipline at a faster rate, or hold the positions longer.
My students progress at their own pace. The sessions last 90 minutes and they run continuously throughout the year. Both daytime and evening classes are available – Monday to Friday and where possible timings are flexible to fit in with the student’s other commitments.
I welcome men and women of all ages, any flexibility and pregnant ladies.
Mats and blocks are provided for use by my students.
